  • Payment Data: Billing address and transaction history. Note: We do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled by our payment processors (e.g., Razorpay).
  • Content: Posts, comments, articles, survey responses, and feedback submitted to the Platform.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device ID, operating system, time zone, and clickstream data (pages visited, time spent).
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to maintain sessions, prevent fraud, and analyze platform performance.
